ICF welcomes Flying Eagle on board for new season

The International Canoe Federation is pleased to announce a new partnership with boat manufacturers Hangzhou Flying Eagle Boat Co., Ltd, ahead of the 2025 season. The ICF signed the agreement that will see both parties promote and develop the sport and the associated brand. Known for producing high-quality, affordable kayaks, racing shells, rowing boats, paddles, oars, and accessories, the company is located in Fuyang District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province, on the bank of the Fuchun River. With an annual production capacity of about 3,000 racing boats, it is among the elite boat manufacturers in China and the world, with sales on the rise in Europe, North America, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Southeast Asia, and South America. Sustainability is a key element in their manufacturing process, using one-time moulding blown film technology to reduce environmental pollution. The tie-up will see Hangzhou Flying Eagle Boat Co., Ltd, become a Gold-level partner of ICF. The governing body will also invite the company to attend ICF Manufacturer Forum meetings to discuss changes, promotion of sport, and technology. “The Hangzhou Flying Eagle Boat Co., Ltd has been in the sprint kayak and canoe industry for many years," Hangzhou Flying Eagle Boat Co., Ltd General Manager Xiong Fei said. “We are thrilled to have this opportunity to partner with the ICF. “We focus on producing fine kayaks and canoes that are affordable to the paddlers and look forward to working with ICF and making our contribution to the development of this sport worldwide.” Flying Eagle joins a growing list of boat manufacturers who have agreed commercial partnerships with the ICF. The ICF would like to extend our heartfelt thanks for all their support and cooperation for developing paddle sports around the world.
